Terms of Service

Crest is a mobile crypto trading journal and behavioural-analytics tool for active traders on Binance and Bybit. It records and reflects your trading — it is a journal, not a broker, an exchange, or a copy-trading service.

Crest does not give investment advice or recommendations. Nothing in the app is a signal to enter or exit a trade. Trading crypto carries substantial risk, including the loss of your capital. Every trading decision — and its outcome — is yours.

You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information so your journal reflects reality.

You may connect Binance or Bybit using read-only API keys. You authorise Crest to sync your activity for journaling. Crest cannot place trades, move funds, or withdraw. You remain responsible for your exchange account and for keeping your keys within read-only scope.

Free trial. Crest is free for 14 days, starting when you connect your exchange. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription — Core or Edge. There is no degraded free tier.

Billing. Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play. They renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes may change with notice.

Cancellation & refunds. Cancel anytime through Google Play; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled under Google Play's policy.

Don't reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute Crest, and don't use it to break the law or another party's rights or terms (including your exchange's).

Crest's app, brand, and methodology are ours. Your trades and journal content are yours — using Crest doesn't change that.

Crest is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and you should keep your own records where it matters. To the extent the law allows, Crest is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, flag it in the app. Continued use means you accept the update.
